Voices of Women is a curated virtual exhibition by CaroArtVirtualGallery, focusing on female artistic voices and lived perspectives.
Female artists have always shaped art history — yet their voices have not always been equally visible. With Voices of Women, we create space for contemporary female artists to present work that emerges from personal experience, intuition and embodied knowledge.
This exhibition is not about a single style or medium. It is about presence, resonance and authenticity.

Voices of Women focuses on artistic practices that emerge from lived experience, intuition and embodied knowledge. The exhibition brings together works that explore inner landscapes — emotional, physical or psychological — and translate them into visual form.
We are interested in work that communicates more than appearance alone. Artworks that convey sensation, memory, vulnerability or strength. Abstract or figurative, subtle or expressive — the emphasis lies on authenticity and expressive depth rather than style or medium.
This theme acknowledges the long tradition of women articulating their own narratives in art, while creating space for contemporary voices to resonate alongside one another. Voices of Women is not about a single story, but about the coexistence of multiple perspectives, connected through presence and dialogue.
Artistic approach
We are looking for artists who work from intention and depth.
This means:

a recognisable artistic language

coherence within the submitted works

work that invites attention and contemplation

a willingness to articulate one’s practice through a short text
Rather than quantity, we value clarity and connection.
The virtual exhibition context
Voices of Women will be presented in a curated 3D exhibition space.
The virtual environment allows visitors to:

move freely through the exhibition

approach works closely or from a distance

experience artworks without time pressure

revisit the exhibition throughout its duration

For artists, this means international accessibility, long-term visibility and a professional presentation that complements physical exhibitions.
The virtual space is used as a quiet, focused environment — not as a spectacle, but as a place for attentive looking.
Practical information
Exhibition period
1 March – 30 April 2026
Who can apply
Female-identifying artists working in any medium suitable for digital presentation (painting, drawing, photography, mixed media, sculpture presented through images).
Number of works
Up to 8 works per artist
Participation fee
€150 for two months
All submissions are curated by CaroArtVirtualGallery. Artists will be notified personally after the selection process.
