Exhibitions 2026

CaroArtVirtualGallery presents exhibitions where physical and virtual worlds meet and enrich one another. From intimate solo journeys to carefully curated thematic group exhibitions, each presentation is conceived as an experience — one in which art is not only viewed, but felt and explored.

The exhibitions offer space for reflection, attention and dialogue. Artworks are placed within a context that invites slow looking and personal interpretation, free from fixed routes, time pressure or hierarchy. The virtual environment allows visitors to engage with art in a new way, while the focus always remains on the artistic practice and the story of the maker.

On this page you will find an overview of current and upcoming exhibitions at CaroArtVirtualGallery. Each exhibition carries its own rhythm, narrative and visual language, yet all are connected by a shared vision: art as a living experience that continues to resonate beyond the moment of viewing.

Explore the exhibitions and move through a range of artistic voices, perspectives and worlds — at the intersection of seeing, sensing and experiencing.

Seeing Through - Retold

Caroline Geerling

Seeing Through – Retold revisits the original solo exhibition in a virtual environment, allowing the work to be experienced anew through space, rhythm and perspective. What once existed within the physical gallery now unfolds in a quieter, more intimate setting, where movement, distance and scale subtly reshape the act of looking.

In this virtual re-reading, attention shifts toward material presence, surface and depth. Layered works invite the viewer to slow down and engage with texture, structure and the traces of time held within the surface.

The exhibition opens itself gradually, encouraging a form of looking that is attentive, spatial and embodied.

Seeing Through
Caroline Geerling

Echoes of the Earth
Marjoleine Maessen

Landscape of Becoming

Christiaan van Ruyven

I’m proud to present Landscape of Becoming, a virtual solo exhibition by Christiaan van Ruyven, now opening at CaroArtVirtualGallery.

In this exhibition, painting unfolds as a process rather than a destination. Through layered gestures and intuitive movement, Van Ruyven creates landscapes that are not depicted, but felt — inner terrains shaped by colour, memory and atmosphere rather than geography.

Landscape of Becoming invites viewers to slow down and enter a state of becoming. Meaning unfolds through attention and time, allowing perception to shift from looking to sensing. Within the virtual environment, visitors are free to navigate the works in their own rhythm, encountering painting as an open, fluid experience.

Layers of Perception

De allereerste virtuele expositie bij CaroArtVirtualGallery

Drie kunstenaars, drie perspectieven, één gelaagd gesprek.

Inner Currents

Philip Campagne

In Inner Currents, Philip presents a series of paintings in which colour becomes movement, and movement becomes experience. His works are built around circular forms and energetic centres that seem to expand, contract or quietly pulse within the pictorial space. Rather than depicting the visible world,

Inner Currents is an exhibition about attention and awareness. It invites viewers to slow down, to follow the movement of colour, and to experience how painting can open a space for introspection. The works unfold gradually, revealing themselves through time and sustained looking — much like the inner processes they reflect.
